RENTAL AGREEMENT: Booking details are subject to confirmation of dates and rates, and are secured once the rental agreement we send to you is signed and your deposit payment is received. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (non-refundable credit card surcharge applies). A 50% deposit is due at time of booking, with the full balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking less than 60 days prior to arrive, full amount of the stay is required. If cancel 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of received payment less credit card surchargeis refunded, if cancel 30 days prior to arrival 50% of received payment less credit card surcharge is refunded and less than 30 days, no refund. Security deposit may be required. TAXES AND SERVICE: 13% GST and 12% service.
