Additional notes
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (4% non-refundable card fees apply) are non-refundable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. For stays Jan 5–Dec 18, the balance is due 60 days before check-in; bookings <60 days require 100% payment at booking. For stays Dec 19–Jan 4 (festive), the balance is due by Sept 1; bookings after Sept 1 require 100% at booking. Cancellations before the balance due date forfeit the 50% deposit; cancellations after the balance due date forfeit 100% of the booking.
