Additional notes
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Booking details are subject to confirmation of dates and rates and are secured once rental agreement we send to you is signed and your deposit payment is received. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (non-refundable credit card surcharge applies). 50% due at booking; full balance due 30 days before non-festive stays (Jan 6–Dec 19) and by Nov 1 for festive stays (Dec 20–Jan 5). Bookings made less than 30 days before non-festive stays or on/after Nov 1 for festive stays require 100% at booking. Cancellations receive75% of gross rental (including tax/service, excluding non-refundable credit card surcharge) if more than 60 days before arrival, 50% if 60–30 days prior, otherwise non-refundable. Security deposit may be required. TAXES AND SERVICE: 13% GST and 10% service.
