PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (4% non-refundable card fees apply). 50% due at booking; full balance due 30 days before non-festive stays (Jan 6–Dec 19) and by Nov 1 for festive stays (Dec 20–Jan 5). Bookings made <30 days before non-festive stays or on/after Nov 1 for festive stays require 100% at booking. Cancellations receive 75% of gross rental (including tax/service, excluding non-refundable card fees) if >60 days before arrival, 50% if 60–30 days prior, otherwise nonrefundable.
