RENTAL AGREEMENT: Booking details are subject to confirmation of dates and rates, and are secured once rental agreement we send to you is signed and your deposit payment is received. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (non-refundable credit card surcharge applies). A 50% deposit is due at booking; full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival require 100% payment at booking. If canceled after the deposit but before full balance, the 50% deposit is held and can be applied to a future stay. If canceled after full payment, 50% is refunded (tax/service included, credit card surcharges excluded) and 50% is held for a future booking. Security deposit may be required. TAXES AND SERVICE: 13% GST and 10% service.
