PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (4% non-refundable card fees apply) are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is due at booking; full balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings <60 days before arrival require 100% payment at booking. Cancellations ≥120 days before arrival receive a full refund (tax/service included, card fees excluded) minus 10% admin fee. 3 Cancellations <120 days may be refunded (less 30% admin fee) if the villa is re-rented; otherwise, no refund.
