RENTAL AGREEMENT: Booking details are subject to confirmation of dates and rates and are secured once rental agreement we send to you is signed and your deposit payment is received. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (non-refundable credit card surcharge applies). A 50% deposit is due at booking; full balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival require 100% payment at booking. Cancellations made 120 days or more before arrival receive a full refund (tax/service included, card surcharge excluded) minus 10% adminfee. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival may be refunded (less 30% adminfee) if the villa is re-rented; otherwise, no refund. Security deposit may be required. TAXES AND SERVICE: 13% GSTand 10% service.
