PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (4% non-refundable card fees apply) are non-refundable once charged. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Full balance is due Sept 1 for festive stays (Dec 14–Jan 10) or 60 days before arrival for all other stays. Bookings made Sept 1 or later for festive stays, or <60 days before other stays, require 100% payment at booking, which is non-refundable.
