For stays Jan 5–Dec 18, the balance is due 60 days before check-in; bookings <60 days require 100% payment at booking. For stays Dec 19–Jan 4 (festive), the balance is due by Sept 1; bookings after Sept 1 require 100% at booking. Cancellations before the balance due date forfeit the 50% deposit; cancellations after the balance due date forfeit 100% of the booking.
