RENTAL AGREEMENT: Booking details are subject to confirmation of dates and rates, and are secured once the rental agreement we send to you is signed and your deposit payment is received. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (non-refundable credit card surcharge applies) are non-refundable once made. A50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, with the full balance due 90 days prior for festive stays or 60 days prior for all other stays. Bookings made less than 90 days before festive stays or less than 60 days before other stays require 100% payment at booking, which is non-refundable. Security deposit may be required. TAXES AND SERVICE: 13% GST and 10% service.
