RENTAL AGREEMENT: Booking details are subject to confirmation of dates and rates and are secured once rental agreement we send to you is signed and your deposit payment is received. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card(non-refundable credit card surcharge applies) are non-refundable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. For stays Jan 5–Dec 18, the balance is due 60 days before check-in; bookings made less than 60 days before arrival require 100% payment at booking. For stays Dec 19–Jan 4 (festive), the balance is due by Sept 1; bookings after Sept 1 require 100% at booking. Cancellations before the balance due date forfeit the 50%deposit; cancellations after the balance due date forfeit 100% of the booking. Security deposit may be required. TAXES AND SERVICE:13% GST and 10% service.
