Additional notes
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Booking details are subject to confirmation of dates and rates and are secured once the rental agreement we send to you is signed and your deposit payment is received. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card (non-refundable credit card surcharge applies). A 50% deposit is due at booking. Full balance is due Oct 1 for festive stays (Dec 19–Jan 4) or 60 days before arrival for all other stays. Bookings made Oct 1 or later for festive stays, or less than 60 days before other stays, require 100% payment at booking. Cancellations receive full refund if cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival or 50% refund if cancel 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. TAXES AND SERVICE: 13% GST and 10% service charge.
