RENTAL AGREEMENT: Booking details are subject to confirmation of dates and rates and are secured once the rental agreement we send you, is signed and your deposit payment is received. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payments by wire transfer or credit card(non-refundable credit card surcharge applies) . A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. For stays Jan 5–Dec 19, the balance is due 60 days before check-in; bookings made less than 60 days before arrival require 100% payment at booking. For stays Dec 20–Jan 4 (festive), the balance is due by Sept 1; bookings after Sept 1 require 100% at booking. All festive payments are non-refundable. Cancellations receive 60 days before arrival, deposits are refundable less a 10% administrative fee; cancellations after the balance due date forfeit 100% of the booking. Security deposit may be required. TAXES AND SERVICE:13% GST and 10% service.
